– FKHW is not liable for injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation.
– You agree to follow instructions from event leaders and act with due care.
– If you have health conditions that may affect your participation, please consult your doctor before attending.

Public liability insurance for activities on the Kevin Hoffman Walk is provided through the City of Greater Geelong, as the landowner. Participants are still responsible for their own personal health and accident cover.

 

7.  Online Transactions

Friends of Kevin Hoffman Walk Inc. offers a range of items and services for purchase via our website, including (but not limited to) calendars, greeting cards, memberships, and the option to make a donation.

By making a purchase, becoming a member, or donating online, you agree to the following:

Product Purchases (e.g. calendars, cards, etc.)

– All products are sold in good faith and described as accurately as possible.
– We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
– If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at [email protected] so we can arrange a suitable resolution.
– Prices exclude GST and are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Memberships
– Membership payments are non-refundable and valid for the financial year in which they are processed.
– By becoming a member, you agree to support the purposes of FKHW and to comply with our governing rules.

Donations
– Donations made online are voluntary and non-refundable.
– A receipt will be provided for all donations; however, Friends of Kevin Hoffman Walk Inc. is not a deductible gift recipient (DGR), and donations are therefore not tax-deductible.

FKHW uses secure third-party payment platforms to process all transactions. We do not store your payment details.
