Our next Ramblin’ Rakers will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 from 9.00 – 10.00am
Become a Ramblin’ Raker
Looking for a relaxing way to give back to your community? Join our Ramblin’ Rakers, a volunteer group dedicated to raking the paths at Kevin Hoffman Walk. It’s a gentle, meditative activity that helps reduce stress, while making a visible difference to the Walk.
We meet once a month for just an hour and no experience is needed. Whether you come once or every time, your help is always appreciated. As we like to say:
“When the paths are raked, the Walk looks great!”
Here’s what you need to know:
🌿 When: Usually second Wednesday or Thursday of each month, 9:00–10:00 am
🌿 Where: Meet at the garden path entrance in Wingara Drive, near house No. 11
🌿 What to bring: Gloves, a water bottle and insect repellent (if desired)
🌿 What we provide: Rakes and guidance
🌿 Extras: Stay for a friendly cuppa with Beverley afterward, if you wish
🌿 No pressure: Come along once, or as often as you like
